Last night’s meeting was about bringing everyone on the foundation course up to speed with the practical assessments we had completed so far. Overall a lot of knowledge was shared, and it was useful to have experienced radio amateurs such as Rich and Ken around to answer questions! Foundation Course – On The Air

Last night we had a fantastic evening completing the rest of the Foundation Practical assessments.   We brought along a VHF radio (on loan from the Thornbury and South Gloucestershire ARC) and a portable HF radio loaned to us by Paul GW4KTT.
